ABOUT JENNIE

Jennie Grigg founded Blink Connect in 2016.

Jennie has wide-ranging commercial, consulting and HR generalist experience and has spent the last 20 years focused on strategic HR across a variety of industries including; FMCG, healthcare, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, technology, private equity, events, marketing and communications, media, legal, finance, engineering,  manufacturing, hospitality and retail. Her background includes influential involvement in small to medium size businesses in addition to start ups and large corporates (both privately owned and listed) where she’s employed her skill and ability to shape HR/people strategies into operational and business successes.

Prior to establishing Blink Connect, Jennie was the Head of Human Resources at Hydralyte™ (The Hydration Pharmaceuticals Trust) where she successfully developed and executed the people and communications strategy for the acquisition of the Hydralyte brand in Australia/New Zealand to Prestige Brands Inc (NYSE PBH).

Hydralyte launched in the US (Boston, Massachusetts) in 2016 and Jennie supported the newly appointed President & CEO with recruiting and building the North American team (c. 15 people) – including sponsorship of 3 expat’s relocating to the US. Upon successful completion of the acquisition and launch, Jennie was engaged by Hydralyte as an Independent HR Consultant/Generalist.

Jennie was engaged at Diversified Communications Australia, a global media, marketing and events company, prior to her appointment with Hydralyte. As the People & Performance Director, she was integral to the growth and success of Diversified which saw the company named in BRW’s “50 Best Places to Work in Australia” in 2009 & 2010. Jennie was re-engaged by Diversified in 2019 to support their People & Culture team as an Independent HR Consultant/Generalist.

Jennie is a Certified HR Practitioner (CAHRI) and holds a Professional Diploma of Human Resources, having qualified with Distinction from the Australian HR Institute (AHRI). Jennie is a Professional Member of AHRI.

Jennie is also an Internationally Certified Practitioner with Thomas International and is trained in the use of their psychometric behavioral assessment – Personal Profile Analysis (PPA).
